NN-series underpinners span pneumatic entry (NN400) through intelligent heavy-duty (NN700) without changing the joinery subsystem class. Operating envelope: V-nail length 3–15 mm, moulding width to 150 mm; 45°/90° corner configurations are executed on hardwood, softwood, MDF, and PS foam within the same mechanical and control constraints.

NN300 applies simultaneous four-corner joining inside a 2–3 s cycle window, yielding a nominal throughput bound above 1,000 frames/h under the referenced line assumptions. NC600 pairs automated infeed/outfeed with stack cutting; measured factory comparisons against manual saw baselines report throughput multiples in the 300–500% band.
