How the Full Line Runs
Station 1: Cutting
NC600 / NC500 stack cutting for high-throughput profile preparation.
Throughput: 5,000–10,000+ frames/day
Labor: One operator can manage multiple stations
Automation: Continuous stack cutting / modular feeding
Station 2: Joining
NN300 quad-angle PLC joining with synchronized nailing.
Speed: Up to ~15 pieces/minute
Labor: Low-supervision monitoring
Automation: Quad-angle sync, continuous feed
Station 3: Backing Finishing
FP100 back-panel support cutting + FP200 dovetail finishing.
Throughput: Matched to main line cycle
Labor: Minimal loading/unloading
Automation: Modular back-end expansion
Factory Configurations by Daily Output
Configuration A: Standard Factory Line
Throughput: 5,000–8,000 frames/day

Technical FAQ
How should I choose between NC600 and NC500?
NC600 is optimized for stable-shape, ultra-high-volume continuous cutting. NC500 is more flexible for mixed material jobs such as wood, aluminium, and PVC profile cutting.
How many operators are needed for NN300?
NN300 is a PLC-based automatic machine with quad-angle synchronized joining and auto feed support. One operator can supervise multiple machines in a line.
How much floor space does a full line require?
It depends on configuration, but a standard factory line usually requires around 80-150 square meters. We provide free line layout planning based on your site.
Can we buy part of the line first and expand later?
Yes. The line is modular. You can start with NC500 + NN300 and add FP100/FP200 later as output requirements increase.
How is overseas installation and after-sales support handled?
All equipment uses heavy-duty fumigation-free export crates. Engineers provide 1-on-1 remote commissioning support, and key electric components are sourced from globally available suppliers.
